Insurance Related Work:

With every claim, our qualified surveyors visit the site, following pre-arranged appointments at your convenience. We will confirm in writing the appointment and provide you with our contact details. The surveyor will produce a 'scope' of the works which usually takes approximately one hour where we will require you to be present , this scope includes all aspects of the claim. This is then transferred onto our in-house system, connecting directly with the insurers to compile the 'Schedule of Works', which once approved by the insurers will then be forwarded onto you.

Our team comprises of:

Ray Kipping who has over 20 years of experience as a surveyor with trade background. His experience enables him to compile a clear comprehensive Schedule of Works, whereby he will monitor and assess at regular intervals to ensure all timescales are adhered to. Ray will also notify the insurers of any variations to the original Schedule of Works which may be discovered as the work proceeds.

We liaise with all clients, where applicable through our two directors: Howard Livesey and Mick Masheter. In addition to Ray, both of our directors also undertake surveying work. Our office is managed by Joanna Rassello who is the point of contact for all enquiries, she is assisted by Lenara Clucas, administrator and primary contact, for all insurance related queries.
