With over 25 years in business, LM Builders Ltd have successfully created a well established building services organisation operating throughout the North West of England. We are passionate about the quality of workmanship that we provide. We offer a comprehensive range of building services to both the private and public sectors; working alongside many of the major insurance companies and loss adjusters to provide property repairs and reinstatement works to a high quality standard with the minimum of disruption.

LM Builders Ltd undertake both  insurance based and private works specialising in subsidence and building stabilisation. Due to the  varying nature of our work we directly employ most trades who are trained to a high standard in their specific field.

All operatives are CRB verified and undertake on-going training and development to maintain the standard that LM Builders Ltd have now firmly established. Most of our private works are from repeat business or directly from recommendation.

We feel it vitally important to be able to monitor all works through from start to completion, overseen by our experienced Contract Managers. We have been doing this successfully for over 25 years and have built effective working relationships with our suppliers and long standing Sub-Contractors. Through constant feedback from clients we have been able to monitor and improve the procedures that have served us well over the years.

Our project management enables us to tailor any planning to meet the individual needs of each client.
